Introduction

GobbleCube is the most cost-effective modern data stack that helps you to activate your data lakehouse and empowers your product teams to build great customer experiences across all channels.

There are 3 main components of this product:

  1. Multi-entity profile store + Audience builder: This gives product teams the ability to create profiles through drag and drop rule engines, but not just customer profiles, but also profiles for other business entities like merchants, assortment. For example, your ability to charge a delivery fee is based not just on the affluence score of the customer but also on the current assortment availability and merchant rating.
  2. Product experiences rule engine: This gives product teams the ability to define key-value pairs for creating different product experiences for different audiences. These experiences will get rolled out to the product without any dev dependencies allowing high product experimentation velocity for the product teams. For example, if product wants to show different banners to customers based on their preference, they can quickly configure and roll it out without any further code changes.
  3. Sync across all channels: This is basically a reverse ETL that syncs any action you are taking for any audience consistently across in-app, marketing, advertising and CRM channels. This ensures that all your touchpoints with a customer has a consistent messaging, enabling a great customer experience. This also allows teams to enrich the data (computed traits like LTV, affluence etc) being synced to multiple SaaS tools (like CleverTap, Salesforce) making these tools more effective.
